The Client is required to pay 50% deposit is due upon acceptance.
Prior to Mobile Optimisation:
Remaining 50% balance is due.
The Client will not gain access to the back-end of the site and/or other services until the balance has been paid.
Additional costs associated with plug-ins will be the responsibility of the Client and will be payable prior to or upon installation. Ongoing charges related to these plug-ins will be borne by the Client.
Any costs associated with changes of mind or direction will be the responsibility of the Client (please refer to the website process for clarification).
If final payments is not made by the due date, a new completion date for the website will be issued, and the website’s delivery may be delayed.
Should the website’s progress or final payment remain unpaid 30 days past the original due date, the website will be deleted, and the Client will forfeit all ownership and monies already paid.
Step 1: Client Meeting/Basic Design Brief (face-to-face if available).
Step 2: Client to provide copy.
Step3: Pull information from client information and create a draft website
Step 4: Send Draft of website on temporary domain to client. The website is not finalised, you may find errors, and internal linking won’t be operation, nor will it be optimised for mobile.
Step 5: Client to review and advise of necessary changes. This is the only point where you will be able to request changes, once we are past this part you will not longer be able to request changes without incurring additional fees.
Step 7: Final Draft of website (Minor Changes to Wording)
Step 8: BRD to make final revisions and optimise for mobile (Minor Changes to Wording and Images only), and provide client back end of website.

Purpose and Use: The photographs provided are intended solely for inclusion on your website, as part of our web design and development package. These images are not intended for any other use unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Scope of Service: Our photography service is an additional offering at a significantly reduced rate. It is designed to capture the essence of your business operations and environment. This service does not include professional styling, on the day setup, or specialised equipment typically associated with portrait photography.
Organisation of Staff for Photography Session: The successful execution of the photography session is contingent upon your cooperation as the client. It is your responsibility to organise and ensure the availability of your staff for the photography session. Bremer River Digital Marketing will organise the shot list detailing the specific photos required for the website. It is crucial that staff members are available for the entire duration of the allocated time to ensure that all necessary images are captured efficiently. This coordination is key to maximising the effectiveness of the session and ensuring a smooth process for incorporating these images into your website design.
Team Photos: We include team photographs as part of our service. However, it is important to understand that these are not individual portrait photographs. Our focus is on capturing the team in a way that complements the website’s design and theme.
Staff Profile Images: At Bremer River Digital Marketing, we understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera. While we strive to take the best possible photos in the provided environment, it’s important to recognise that individual insecurities may impact satisfaction with the images. We suggest staff members familiarise themselves with various poses, both standing and sitting, to feel more at ease during the photography session. Please note that we will not undertake retakes based solely on a staff member’s personal dissatisfaction with their appearance in the image. Our aim is to capture professional and natural-looking staff images that align with the overall aesthetic of the website.
Limitations: If you are seeking high-end, portrait-quality photography or require specific styling and detailed setup, we recommend engaging a professional portrait photographer. Our service is not a substitute for a formal photoshoot and may not meet the needs of clients seeking such detailed and stylised imagery.
Photo Selection Process: Bremer River Digital Marketing maintains full discretion in selecting the final photographs for your website. To ensure a cohesive and professional look, our team will carefully choose the images that best represent your business and align with the website’s design. Please note that clients will not have the opportunity to view or select from all the photos taken during the session. This process is part of our streamlined service to deliver a visually coherent and professionally curated set of images for your website.
