Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Sell with integrity, ensuring clients only receive the help they genuinely need.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • A commitment to ethical sales practices, avoiding overselling or forcing services on clients.

Role Responsibilities

As an administrative assistant at Bremer River Digital Marketing, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing email and Outlook correspondence.
  • Coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments.
  • Handling client management and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with invoicing through QuickBooks (training provided).
  • Performing initial website set-ups (process-driven, no design required).
  • Supporting client onboarding, including service agreements, CRM data entry, initial emails, and meeting support with note-taking.
  • Organising lunch, tea, and coffee for staff and clients as needed.
  • Conducting bi-annual and annual follow-ups with clients.
  • Learning to manage in-house social media (EDM, Instagram, Facebook).

Experience and Qualifications

  • Certificate in Business Administration Mandatory
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly with email, diary management and customer management.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Familiarity with client management systems and CRM software.
  • Experience with invoicing, preferably using QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of Square for payment processing.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
  • Experience with website follow-ups and social media management is a plus, but not mandatory
