We are a team of experienced professionals dedicated to supporting you on your business journey. Kris and Leah, our founders, have a strong educational background and firsthand experience in the world of business.
Kris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, while Leah brings a wealth of knowledge with an Associate Degree in Communications Design, as well as diplomas in Business Management and Fashion Design and Technology. Together, they noticed a gap in support for individuals on the NDIS who wanted to start their own businesses. We are excited to embark on this journey with you. Leah's experience working in mental health recovery homes has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. Her empathetic approach and specialised trauma knowledge contribute to our tailored supports for your unique needs.

Key Requirements for the Workshops
To make the most of our workshops, here are a few key things you’ll need:
Computer Experience
While you don't need to be an expert, basic computer skills will be beneficial. We'll cover the essentials, but some familiarity with using a computer will make the learning process smoother.
Support Worker
To ensure your success throughout the course, it's important to have a support worker who is committed to assisting you outside of the course. Their presence will enhance your learning experience and provide ongoing support.
Laptop and Software
Having a laptop or computer is essential for participating in the workshops. Having access to word or for mac pages to take notes is also a requirement.
Canva Pro Subscription (Paid Version)
Branding and Social Media Workshops Only - We'll be using Canva Pro, a user-friendly design tool, to create captivating visuals for your business. Don't worry if you're new to it – we'll guide you every step of the way.
Smart Phone
Social Media Workshops Only - Having a smartphone will enable you to actively engage in the workshop and learn how to utilise social media for your business. It will allow you to explore various social media platforms and apply the strategies discussed.
Workshop Overview
We offer four dynamic workshops to cover essential aspects of running a successful business: We highly recommend completing each workshop for optimal success.
1. Product Empowerment
Discover how to develop and refine your products or services to meet the needs of your target audience. Learn how to differentiate yourself in the market and create a compelling offering. At the completion of this workshop you should have a good understanding of what your product is and how to communicate that within your community
2. Branding Your Business
Understand the power of branding and how it can help your business stand out. We'll explore the importance of a strong brand identity and guide you through the process of creating your own unique brand. At the completion of this workshop you should have a completed visual identity for your business and gained the skills to be able to manager your brand.
3. Social Media and How to Use it for Your Business
Gain insights into the world of social media and how it can drive your business forward. Learn practical strategies to effectively promote your products or services and connect with your customers online. You build capacity on how to post to social media for business purposes, and how you can incorporate your visual identity on social media platforms.
4. Introduction to Sales and Customer Service
we'll show you how to sell your products or services to the right people. We'll teach you different ways to sell, like setting up a stall at markets, selling through other stores, or even asking friends and family to support your business. We'll also help you learn how to talk about your products in a way that makes people interested, and how to make customers happy by giving them great service. By the end of the workshop, you'll feel confident and ready to sell your products and make your customers happy.
